Didn't bother going for a sesh yesterday as conditions were pretty rubbish, the surf was messy with the onshore wind.
Conditions better today but still nothing special. The conditions looked pretty good when I woke up with a nice clean 3ft sets coming in, by the time I got onto the water, the surf had decreased somewhat. I was in the water for a good hour and a half and then came in with fatigue in my arms from all the paddling, pays to train before exerting on holiday down here in Cornwall. My arms aren't aching any more so might go out for another sesh in the incoming tide in a bit.
